What image formats do you support?
We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 20MB per image. Output is delivered as high-quality PNG with transparency, ready for direct upload to Shopify, Amazon, or your own store.
How long does processing take?
Most images are processed in 5–10 seconds. Batch uploads of up to 50 images complete in under 5 minutes depending on queue length.
Do I need photography experience?
No. Our AI works with standard product photos shot on any mannequin. For best results, use even lighting and a neutral background — but the tool handles most common setups automatically.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes. All images processed on paid plans come with full commercial usage rights. Free-tier outputs include a small watermark and are intended for evaluation only.
